Here is how I plan on losing weight. I need to make a few small life changes in the beginning to make way for the big life changes later on.
Currently I do not exercise and I eat fairly ok but do have a few missteps.
I plan on doing the following items on a daily basis:
-Get the minimum 10,000 steps a day
-Have a 500 calorie deficit every day
To do this I have some tools at my disposal.

I have a FitBit which can track my steps. I also have a very sedentary job. This means I need to try to get the majority of my steps before and after work.Calories:
